SHARING THE KNOWLEDGE
Over a background representing a timeline of the human impact on the flora, since the end of the last glaciation until 100 years into the future, we tell and question the path of our species in this place, identifying attitudes and consequences, as a base to redesign the future that is emerging.
The narrative is supported by diverse artistic expressions along the timeline, quotes from several authors and historical elements that illustrate each period.
The center also provides a detailed description of the Protected Area of the Montado do Freixo do Meio, which allows a true immersion in the Mediterranean forest.
For whom: For everyone. Minimum group of 5 participants. Space adapted for reduced mobility.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, at 10 AM, 11 AM, 2 PM and 4 PM.
Price: 3 euros per adult over 16 years.
Languages: Visits available in Portuguese, Spanish, English, and French.
