FROM MONDAY TO FRIDAY, AT LUNCH
Have lunch in the company of our team, enjoying a meal prepared with organic ingredients produced on-site following traditional Alentejo recipes, in a historic and unique building.
In our canteen, to minimize food waste, we use only the surplus of our agricultural production to prepare daily tasty dishes. Therefore, we do not have a fixed daily menu, varying every day.
Our courses are prepared with recipes for the best Black Pork, Barrosã veal, Merino lamb, as well as acorn from the oaks of our forest. And there is always a vegetarian option.
On Wednesday is the day of our traditional “Cozido de Bolota do Montado do Freixo do Meio”, a meat stew with acorns made on clay pots by the open fire.
Our traditional Alentejo stew is cooked, whenever the conditions allow, in clay pots on open fire. It is made with acorns, a selection of sausages, meat, and vegetables produced on site. Directly from the fields to your table.
The menu includes bread, entrée, soup or salad, main course, and dessert. 12,50€

It is a delicious surprise, made from our food, taking advantage in a responsible way of what Nature generously gives us!
Every day, we prepare a buffet with a meat dish and a vegetarian alternative with fresh food from our agroecological farm.

SCHEDULE: Mondays to Fridays, from 12.30 to 14.30. Closes at 3 PM.
LIMIT: 15 people.
Mandatory reservation of group lunches.
On arrival and before leaving please address the reception for entry and exit registration.
