The Cooperativa de Usuários do Freixo do Meio complements its range of food products obtains directly from the Montado do Freixo do Meio Protected Area with other food produced by cooperating farmer, either settled here or not, with fruits, honey, milk, cheese and produce. The main job of the Cooperative is managing food between the ecosystem and the consumer. Therefore, either for the need to cooperate with small farmers or for ecological and efficiency reasons, diversifying our supply makes sense. Our users and co-producers receive a more complete and diverse range of food products. All our partners share our principles and agroecological practices, all being Organic producers.
