An hour drive away from Lisbon, you can enjoy a unique experience in Agroecology. We invite all to observe the biodiversity and intricacies of this unique ecosystem by visiting the farm project of Freixo do Meio.
Have lunch in the company of our team, enjoying a meal prepared with organic ingredients produced on-site following traditional Alentejo recipes. On Wednesday is the day of our traditional “Cozido de Bolota do Montado do Freixo do Meio”, a meat stew with acorns made on clay pots by the open fire.
The unique experience of staying at the Montado do Freixo do Meio protected area allows for a full immersion, especially when extended for at least three nights.
